On Wednesday 14 Sept in the town square in Shrewsbury between 10am & 4pm I will be taking part in an event called 'Art in the square'

This involves a large number of people helping to enlarge a small picture and turn it into a very big one!

This type of event has been done before and usually involves re-creating an old master picture. This time though, the Gateway which has organized the event, thought why not use a contemporary artist and a local one, and they asked me to design the picture.

To continue the local theme I based the design on shropshire legends & folklore.

Below is a black & white version of the design, a colour version will be uploaded at a later date.

Anyone wishing to attend the event just turn up on the day, all materials are provided.
